  • Pain aux Noix / Walnut bread

The affinity of walnuts and whole wheat plays out well in this fairly simple loaf. Enjoy the unique flavour of the roasted and ground nuts along with a touch of walnut oil. A great value and excellent toasted and topped with local honey…

  • Pain aux Raisins / Fruit bread

The affinity of raisins (our bakers sometimes will add craisins) and whole wheat makes this one the kids’ favorite . Healthy and tasty, it is delicious for breakfast or a snack with a fruit of your choice. Be creative and try it with prosciutto !

  • Pain aux Figues ou Noix/ Fig or Nuts

Filled with sweet figs, – sometimes chewy dates, and crunchy hazelnuts, this rich, healthful bread makes a wonderful breakfast, neighborly gift, or packable snack.

  • Pain aux Olives / Olive bread

Olive bread is a type of bread which is made with the addition of olives. Among the many varieties of flavored bread, olive bread is quite popular. It is also extremely versatile. It can be used as a picnic bread, it may be smeared with cheese, dipped in dressings, or dressed with tapenades and other spreads. It can also be used as a table bread, in which case it may be served with oil and vinegar.

  • Pain aux Oignons et Lardons / Onion and bacon bread

Onions and bacon bits are being cooked separately and are added to the dough to offer you a great tasting baguette for your apéritif : cheers !

  • Pain aux Fromages / Cheese bread

Cheese bread refers to any bread that includes cheese in the dough. Traditionally, cheese bread is only bread with cheese baked inside it, which can give a burst of flavor to any bread by melting nicely into the dough when baked…try it , you will love it !

  • Pain au Cidre et à la Pomme / Apple & Cider bread

Cider bread was one of my favorite recipes growing up. Not only did my mom make delicious bread, but I think I thought it was fun or naughty that I could have cider! Much to my adolescent disappointment… you cannot get drunk off cider bread. We use local apple cider and fresh local apple bits ! It’s fluffy yet still dense and moist with just the right amount of sweetness.

  • Pumpkin bread

This is a great old Maine recipe, moist and spicy. The bread actually tastes even better the day after it is baked. Great for holiday gift giving

Every weekend we have a special bread : might we Sesame baguettes, might be organic stone ground red wheat or organic stone ground yellow corn… Check in store or on our FB page for updates !
