Our grilled ham and cheese sandwich. It originated in French cafés and bars as a quick snack. We use Emmental or Gruyère cheese and our ‘pain de mie‘ to prepare our unique croque-monsieurs !
Did you know ??…The name is based on the verb « croquer » (“to crunch”) and the word « monsieur » (“mister”).
