Quiche lorraine was originally an open pie with a filling of custard with smoked bacon or lardons. It was only later that cheese was added to the quiche lorraine. We include ham in ours… but is is our secret !

Pastry crust with a filling of eggs and creamy milk … and mixed vegetables (zucchini, tomato, pepper, garlic) with a touch of Herbes de Provence… let the sun shine in !!
