It’s hard not to come across a bakery in France that doesn’t sell large slices of the popular Flan Pâtissier (also known as flan Parisien) with its delicious thick custard browned on top and a buttery pâte brisée on the bottom.

    • BB Choux -à la crème-

The choux à la crème contrasts a light pastry shell with a thick, rich crème patissière custard filling for an experience somewhat different from the usually lighter American cream puff, but every bit as heavenly when it comes to taste.

Angel wings are a traditional sweet crisp pastry made out of dough that has been shaped into thin twisted ribbons, deep-fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Traditionally present in Lyon cuisine where I come from! Available for Carnival, Halloween and Christmas Parades.

Panna cotta (from Italian cooked cream) is an sweet creamy Italian dessert. It is generally believed to have originated in the Northern Italian region of Piedmont, although it is eaten all over Italy, where it is served with wild berries, caramel, chocolate sauce, or fruit coulis.


Our Chef was also trained at Le Roic Crepes School, and also prepares CREPES -savory and sweet- !!! For La Chandeleur, of course, but also for special occasions or given days… Make sure you stay tuned!
